  Quotations of Domasion Ragor

Domasion Ragor

I am proud to say that, after 60yrs I have finally managed to raise myself from out of the gutter of life and into dizzy heights of unemployment.

In the intervening years, I have painstakingly sidestepped the wealth and education that was – occasionally - trust at me, and have settled, grumpily it must be said, into the day to day drudgery that inflicts most people in these trying times.

All in all, I am a normal pissed-off male specimen of the human race and hope to continue being a pain in the arse to all those who meet me for many years to come.

You can never protect the future
if you don’t preserve the present
and remember the past.

Tomorrow is the day you were hoping for yesterday

The world may be your oyster.
But remember the Taxman's a fisherman.

If all the good things in life are free,

why is the shop that stocks them always closed?

It’s true, the streets of London are paved with gold.

Why else do you think the police keep moving you on?

If the grass is greener on the other side,

why do people keep moving next to me?

Can the person who was last to leave the country,

please return, as he has not paid the bill.

That which is within me is my death.

(The oath of the oppressed to the oppressor)

That which is within me, is your torment.

(The oath of the oppressor to the oppressed)

People never ask me if I feel over the hill now that I’m 60yrs old.

They just look at me and where I am and say,

‘It’s a miracle you’ve got as far as you have already!’

Cherish the Present,

Remember the Past,

Prey for the Future.

Remember Your Towel!

Don’t Panic!
International Towel Day is
25th May

It can be said that anyone who can hitch the length and breadth of the [world], rough it, slum it, struggle against terrible odds, win through,
and still knows where his towel is,
is clearly a man to be reckoned with.'
